Last Day in NP of AEM

Hello. Today is the last day in NP for the AEM programme. During these 5 days i have learnt a lot of things. Thank you very much, Mr Tan. The things i learnt will be useful for me in school. Thank you.
Today we reach here and went in to the computer room. Teacher give us some time for us to rehearse for our presentation later on. After our tea break at 10plus, the group leaders of each group have to draw lot. Then Ai kee go draw and the number is 1. So sad, but we still have to present first. We get ourself prepared and go to the front and present. Second group present is Aisyah's groupthen is Weicong's group follow by Karen's group. After the presentation, teacher have given us some advice and comment. He say our group is serious type one. Haha, i think is because we very nervous that is why we are serious.
Later there will be another teacher come in and give us the survey to do, i think is regarding the AEM programme. Later we will go for our lunch then get ready to go National Library Board, not really very sure at where. But if i not wrong should be the tallest and biggest library in Singapore which is at bugis nearby. After visiting the NLB, we have to come back to NP and dismiss us.

MY REFLECTION

In the AEM, i learnt a lot of things which i never learn before in my secondary school. E-business have different things to learnt from and explain further of it. I learnt how to do a database table and set it into different view.
The field trip that we went to city plaza, we learnt to communicate with the shop owners them and sell in on our blogshop. Most of the owners do not allow us to take photo of their product, as i can understand why. But having a wholesome business, it gone through a process, and each sellers also want to profit on something. This project required our team-work, co-operation within all of our group members.
I learnt how to create a blogshop and get the stock from the shop owners. It may sound nothing but to me, it will benefit me a lot. As my cca is entrepreneur club, we have a shop in school selling snacks and drinks. After the programme, i can use what i have learnt and apply it on my cca. This can improve the profit earn in shop and the money can go to the needy students. One stone can kill two birds.

Day 4 in NP

Hihi!! Me is here again.
Today is the second post for my blog. Reach NP in the morning ard 8am++ and wait the teacher to open the computer room for us. Then start our lesson, today teacher talk about "Protecting People and Information-Threats and Safeguards" for 30 mins. Then we have our test, so sad that my result in my group is the lowest, just get a pass only. But at lest i pass, better than fail. After the test, we will have our tea break, very tasty.
Our whole day are mostly concentrate on our group project, need to write a group report, design our blog and do a powerpoint slide. All of us discuss and decide who in charge which part of the project le. We have done around 3/4 of our work le. Then it is time for our lunch, eat something so that we can think more.
We went to the library and explore around since we still got 30mins. The last thing is we went back to computer room and finish our project. Then can use the computer to go blogshop, watch video and listen to music. Then we went home le. haha.

First Post in My Blog

Hello, Everyone.
This is my first post in my blog.
Yesterday during our field trip to City Plaza, there are total four groups. Each group is given a task to do. The task is that we have to take pictures of the product they selling and update on our blog, and have to know minimum how many pieces of clothes on 1 design, and of course the price too.
Firstly, we go up to the highest level and walk around, and slowly go down one level by level. We have to visit shops and find out what they sell. But the shop must be "WHOLESALE". Why wholesale?? Because this proves that the products which we purchased have gone through many stages of transactions, and the cost price is indeed very little, for she won't want to make a loss either.
I saw mostly 60-70% of the shops are selling clothes and accessories, and some are wholesale. The shopping might be a bit rundown as it was built quite long ago. But the clothes selling inside are still following the style of the fasion nowadays. We went in to the first shop which all of us think that it is okay. I saw a bracelet which i love it very much. The selling price is at $18.90. But the wholesale price is $8.00 each, as she left only three bracelet. But i have no money to buy from her. We went to 5/6 shops and take a look at their products, and ask for a name card and the details we needed. We asked if we could take some pictures, but most of the shop owners do not allow us to do that.
The overall trip is quite fun as after finish the task, we can go shopping. haha. As i have a lot of things and try to bargain sometimes. In every stage of the process, all sellers would have to profit on something.
